These terms apply to your use of temidayoafonja.com and to the products and services offered through it. This website is operated by The Density Group LLC.

Who may use this site

You may browse the site at any age. Our paid workshops and live sessions require participants to be 18 or older.

The diagnostic instruments

The free instruments on this site provide a self-assessed, directional reading. They do not constitute professional advice, organizational assessment, or validated psychometric evaluation. Results should be interpreted alongside professional judgment and organizational context.

A result is a preliminary reading based on the information you provide. It is not a diagnosis, a definitive placement, or a prediction of any outcome.

Our intellectual property

The content on this site, including the Capability Formation framework, the diagnostic instruments, the Field Kit, written materials, and the structure and wording of this site, is the intellectual property of The Density Group LLC.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to this material. You may not reproduce the instruments, administer them to other people, republish framework materials, or present this work as your own.

The Field Kit and other digital products

Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may use it for your own work, including your own work inside the organization that employs you.

You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, share your copy, or use it to deliver a paid service to someone else.

Workshops and live sessions

Registration and payment. Workshop places are sold and paid for through Maven. Your registration is governed by Maven's terms of service. Workshop payments are processed through Maven. All fees are non-refundable per Maven's terms of service.

If a session cannot run. If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will contact registered participants and arrange an alternative date or a resolution through Maven.

Recording. The free Lightning Lesson is recorded by the organizer. The paid workshop is not recorded by anyone, out of respect for what participants share in the room. In both cases, participants may not make their own recordings, whether audio, video, or screen capture.

Conduct. These are working sessions in which participants discuss their own careers and organizations. Treat what others share as confidential. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts a session or compromises that confidence.

Purchases made elsewhere

Books are sold by Amazon, the Field Kit is sold through Gumroad, and workshop places are sold through Maven. Those purchases are governed by the terms of the platform you buy from, and refunds and payment disputes are handled there.

We never receive or store your payment card details.

Enterprise engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide advisory services, and submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Paid enterprise engagements, including the Capability Formation Executive Briefing, are governed by a separate written agreement between The Density Group LLC and the client. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.

Please do not send confidential employee information, personal data, or sensitive internal documents through the inquiry forms. Material submitted through this site is not treated as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

What we do not promise

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it or our materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Density Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of this site or its free materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or service purchased through this site is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

We link to Maven, Amazon, Gumroad, and other sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts having jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
